The Sky is High and the Horse is Fat

I've just completed a new t.v. program called FAT ZERO and lost about 12 kgs (27 lbs.) in four weeks while doing so.  It was great.  I never thought I could do so.  I have always exercised alot, jogging on average 10 kilometers a day, but I have also eaten way too much.  During a six-week period, I concentrated on eating alot of tomatoes, cucumbers, paprikas and other calory-less veggies and staying away from my usual diet of Big Macs, fried rice, donuts, ice cream and other stuff.  And guess what?  I did it.  I beat myself and lost the weight.

Great, right?  Wrong.... Everyone around me, from my wife to the kids to others on the block say that my wrinkles show and that I look weak and aged.  Great for a someone who is forty-seven, huh?  But the important thing is that I feel great.  And I don't want that big belly I have had up until recently.  So I plan on keeping it off.  I won't lose anymore, but just want to keep the weight off.  So I guess I will be doing a balancing act in the next few weeks.  We will have to see.
